Finding foosteps frequency in game

Hello, how can I find foosteps/breathing frequencies in game? I would then make them louder.

I'm using Equalizer APO.

You could try some spectrum analyzer software to see where it peaks when hearing footsteps and breathing

You can use some sort of spectogram (online or software) and see where it peaks the most (usually somewhere around 400 to 1000hz by that's obviously depends on the game)

There's an Android app called Boss tuner. It might just work. Its a guitar  tuner. used it at many gigs to find feedback frequencies...
