Is condensation normal?

So i have an FLT 360 reservoir and couldn't help but notice some of EK cryofuel has started to condensate at the top of the res towards the fill port, should I be worried, if so what should I do about this?

 

Edit: I just realized I am dumping the warm water into the res and not directly into the Rads, I'll have to reverse the pipes to fix this issue.

Condensation is the water in the air turning to liquid. If you have cryofuel on the fill port, that's a leak.
