Possible broken graphics card - need help

My screen has a bunch of green lines and I tried to update the graphics card drivers and it pulls up a black screen. The first time I updated it it worked but now it doesn’t even update anything and a black screen pulls up and there are bright green lines everywhere all the time. The graphics card is GeForce RTX 3060. Processor is i7-10700F and it has 16 GB of ram. Power supply is thermal take Smart series 600W and Motherboard is Asus B460M+. This is a prebuilt pc by the way.

Sounds like the graphics card has indeed kicked the bucked. Considering it is a RTX 3060, it should be covered under warranty so exchanging it shouldn't be a problem.

As a side note consider getting a new and quality power supply. That Thermal Take unit isn't a particularly good quality one.
