It's the RGB header. It's not necessary, it just means either you won't have lighting or everything will be set to unicorn puke until you plug it in. It should plug into a RGB hub/controller or into a 12v RGB header on your motherboard. Those pins *should* be a male to male adapter and thus be removable, and thus you should be able to plug it into the 12v 4 pin RGB header on your motherboard.

That being said, NZXT is known for making stuff that needs to use their own proprietary RGB controller (I think it's called Hue or something) which used 5v instead, so double check your manual to make sure that you don't accidentally fry your LEDs by mistake since you can fit one into the other.

Follow the cable. It's probably for your fans since I don't believe the H510 comes with RGB pre-installed, but it's possible it could be to control some sort of case lighting. If it is for the fans though, look around the pump because most AIOs do have a built in RGB controller so you don't have to worry about finding an RGB header on your motherboard.

It will be a motherboard utility. I believe MSI calls theirs Mystic Light, and you can download it from their website. As long as all the RGB is plugged into the motherboard, it will all be controlled through that. You will also need to download the tool for your GPU (unless it's also an MSI GPU) and for your AIO (NZXT CAM), as well as the tools for anything that doesn't show up in one of these tools. RGB is a bit of a mess, and in order to control everything usually you need 3-4 different tools, maybe more.
