Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Possible heavy processor, light games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The processor is actually a 1600AF, will also buy a fan hub (tell me if not needed), will possibly be used on a 60Hz and a 1680x1050 resolution. The pcpartpicker list is: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fvBMz7. I want it to be as close to plug and play as possible, so please warn me if any BIOS updates and stuff like that are needed. Would also want for it to be cheaper so tell me where I can skimp on the price a bit.

Pricing things out in USD is dangerous if it's not actually what you're buying at

The 1600AF does not have integrated graphics, so you would need a separate GPU. I would recommend either looking at the 5600G or 10400/11400. Both come with integrated graphics so at least you can get started. I also would generally recommend a separate gpu, but that won't really fit in your budget.

 

You also don't need the extra fans, the ones in the case are plenty.

Yup, I forgot to add that part, I already have a GPU and the case that I will be using isnt the Phanteks p400a but a cougar mx660 mesh which only has one blower on the back

These are actually the parts that I will be purchasing, however pcpartpicker didn't have them

You can actually get the crucial P5 for around the same price as the samsung 870 evo, It's faster and easier to install.
