Today, April 7 at 11:45am I checked my internet usage and it sais I used 0.6gb when barely used it. The usage tracker on Bell's website shows last 4 hours. At 7:00pm I checked and it said I used around 2gb, even though I wasn't home. What should I do? Any help would mean alot

Do you have a locked network? if not someone may be connecting and downloading things

Get on your crappy bell modem and cross check all the devices on the network, use a better password and change encryption type. 

Also check your processes on your computer to see if there is any network usage when all browsers and steam is shut down/turned off.

Also you might want to fight with techsupport to be compensated if it is nothing on your end.

Yeah, it is locked, last night I changed the password, I'll see what happens from there
