Only motherboard powers up

So recently I built my first PC and after plugging in the cable for the PSU and turning it on, only the RGB for the motherboard turns on. No response from the GPU, ram, fans etc.

I have a

-ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI MOTHERBOARD

-Ryzen 9 5900

-Gigabyte aorus 3070 ti

-32 gigabytes of ram (Corsair vengeance)

-Corsair Capellix liquid cooler with two fans

- Corsair RM750X PSW

Has anyone experienced this before or has any suggestions as to what to do.

Would need information on what wattage the PSU is and what the debugging stuf (lights? Beeps? Codes?) is doing.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
