Delay when live streaming on PC

Hello community! I'm having a problem here with my PC and I can't find any solution online, I hope somebody can help me here.

So the problem is there is a delay on the screen while screen sharing on discord, gmeet, zoom, etc and I think this occurs on every applications.

my parts:

Sapphire Nitro 5700xt Graphics card

R5 3600 CPU 

16gb RAM

I found when using something like Zoom I had a delay when my webcam was running through the Logitech Capture software instead of just directly into Zoom.

 

Do you have another program processing the video or audio first?

Hello, I don't have any. I'm trying to fix this for like months. but i cant find a solution

Just realize you mentioned screen sharing rather than webcam/voice.

 

Can you be more specific about what the issue is. What is delayed and how are you determining that there is a delay?
