This is a PC that I made for work ( not my first time ) and I just need a quick confirmation that all is ok. Just in case i`m missing something.

ProcessorAMD Ryzen 9 5900X

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS

Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB DDR4 4000MHz CL19 Quad Channel Kit

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GAMING OC LHR 8GB GDDR6 256-bit

PSU: Seasonic Focus GX, 80+ Gold, 750W

Storage: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB PCI Express 3.0 x4 M.2 2280 + 2TB HDD

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 275R Airflow Black

+ peripherals

The pc will run most of the time Exocad ( dental software )

1. Is the 750W psu too much? or can i go with a 650W

2. I went for a 4x8 memory configuration based on this Gamer Nexus video and because the modules are small compared to the ones with RGB and i want to be sure that the cooler fits well with the modules.

As far as i can tell all mobo with x570 chipset run in dual channel mode so there shouldn't be a problem.

Wait doesn't exocad run on like potato's? I made my dentist a pc for that 8 years ago or so with a i7 4770, 16gb of ram and a gtx 650. Still running it like a champ and he is not complaining about it one bit.

As for your list:

Board is overkill no reason for a x570

It's a good psu but usually the revolution d.f. or msi mpg series is cheaper and better. 650w is indeed enough here but more doesn't hurt and it won't consume more power.

Plenty other options for ssd that are cheaper and thus would allow more storage but no price listed so don't know for sure

Ram is wrong here. It will run worse than it's normal 3600mhz version because it's not running at a 1:1 ratio with ryzen's memory controller. The cl19 basically makes it run at the speed of a 3000-3200mhz cl16 kit in data throughput. Don't get this ram.

For cooler a sycthe fuma 2 is normally a lot cheaper and almost just as good (1-3c difference but just as silent).

The diference between this one and other even the cheapest x570 is less that 60$ in price in my country from where i`m buying it.

For storage i like to go for well known models , they have to last , nobody is going to upgrade this pc for many many years.

Yes, after doing some more research seems like the CL of the ram really matters in this case, i will go for CL16

And yes, the pc is overkill, is has to run perfect for many many years and the exocad software is kinda crappy. It can run on a potato but it lags like hell from my experience and as soon as you more modules you are wasting time and time is money. 2000$ PC or 4000$ PC makes little diference in this bussines when it comes to price.

Thanks a lot!
