Could be recent windows update that caused it, tried this?

 

mY sYsTeM iS Not pErfoRmInG aS gOOd As I sAW oN yOuTuBe. WhA t IS a GoOd FaN CuRVe??!!? wHat aRe tEh GoOd OvERclok SeTTinGS FoR My CaRd??  HoW CaN I foRcE my GpU to uSe 1o0%? BuT WiLL i HaVE Bo0tllEnEcKs? it says windows 10 im using windows 11 is windows 11 affected too? i installed updates yesterday and i just got the problem now maybe its because of the gpu driver i installed the win10 64bit theres a driver for win11 now im updating it maybe it will fix the problem

sry about that im just keeping u updated because who knows maybe someone have this problem too and he is reading this right now and when i fixed this problem maybe the solution that i did to mine fix his problem too

Most of the time alt-tabbing is caused by some popup or tooltip. So start looking at other software you are running.

 

Also, running beta OS will give you more trouble than running production versions.
