Check if KB5005033 was installed, if so uninstall it and see if that helps. You should also quote me next time.

Your RAM is only running at ~2000 MHz, which is way low. Perhaps your DOCP profile got reset in the BIOS.

Be sure to QUOTE or TAG me in your reply so I see it!

my DCOP profile was deactivated I have it now activated but the problem its still existing. can I edit the profile somehow?

but that would solve the problem that my cpu no longer use its full power it wasn't on before either and i had more fps/performance in all games in HWiNFO it says that I am not thermal throttling that was the only reason I can imagine why the performance suddenly goes down

What performance loss?

10fps? 100fps? All the games are low fps?

Maybe it's not the cpu. The gpu does most of the rendering....

in the battlefield 4 menu i always had up to 1000 fps now it is 250 300 fps in GTAV it was always over 100fps now 80fps/60 fps

An easy troubleshooting step would be to use DDU to remove the GPU drivers and do a clean install of the latest from Nvidia. I'd try the option without Geforce Experience to eliminate that as a variable (if you have GE installed that is).

He is asking if any updates were installed overnight, as that would possibly change things.

If that is the case, did you re-start the pc?

That's quite a bit.

When gaming, watch the cpu and gpu utilization and frequency. Be sure the hardware is running as intended.

You could try and clear the cmos once and run defaults do some testing and then apply your OC then compare.
