windows wont boot after new gpu

just got my 290x and there is signal and visuals, but when the os tries to boot, windows keeps getting boot errors. is it the card? ive re install windows several times and everytime it gives me the same handful of errors. any help?

Try booting without the card, and see issue.. Reinstall windows without the card.

Do you meet the requirements?

Are you new? no on board graphics, i have an 8350
