Hard drive 100% disk usage (0 read, 0 write)

Problem: Task manager show 100% disk usage with 0 read, 0 write and the whole computer freeze, this usually happen while reading and writing data but sometimes happen randomly or every 5 - 30 minutes

 

PC specs:

CPU : Intel core Duo e6400

Ram: 3gb ( single channel mode)

Mainboard: DG965ry (with bios version 0816 (2006))

HDD: ST1000VX005-2EZ102 (Bought 3 weeks ago)

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 32 bit

PSU: Jetek S500t

 

 

Also should i replug my SATA cables?
