So what PSU should i get for a rig with say a higher end i5 or some sort, SLI 780/880, and full WC?

The g2 has a fan switch on the back, that makes it passive until 45 C internal PSU temp.

 

If it's anything like my 1000 p2, you WILL NOT be disappointed.  Amazing unit, 10 year warranty.

850, it will run on 650-750, but if you're getting a custom loop you can download modded bios and get upwards of 1300-1400 mhz easily which can make 780's take upwards of 350-400 watts in benchmarks/ intensive tasks.

 

 

I honestly think the fact that the EVGA's have 10 year warranty wins the contest hands down :P

The Supernova G2 is the best unit there.

What do you say, 750 or 850?

Get the 850w G2.

So its worth the extra 25$ over the 750 watt?

If you want a lot of headroom, yes. You could still OC a ton on everything with the 750w. It depends on how much $25 means to you lol.

well idk, 25$ is money when  buying all this stuff. Like right now i have 20$. BUt i can sell all m legoes for 900+ USD, but ill but the 780's and WC stuff, and later new intell cpu, and yeha i dont have an income untill im 16. BUt i could just wait untill im 16 and (hopefully) get a job at frozencpu and then have money and a discount for WC stuff. So i suppose ill sell my legoes now, get a psu, then upgrade later when i have a job and/or when bf5 comes out. My current PSU is a failure waiting to happen (tho surprisingly got good amazon revies, but if i think about it of the revies its like 1 in 5 blew so i need a new PSU) By the way this is my curent psu http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Supply-RS500-PCARD3-US/dp/B001G0WPLK/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Yeah its like a 5 min drive or 15 min bike! It great, i picked up some fans there. But also thre are no tech stores withing 2 hours of me other than best buy

Yeah I got everything for my computer from amazon exept for keyboard and mouse that i got at best buy (k70 was same price and g602 was on sale)

Same. I got Prime because of it lol

My parernts had prime so i was luckey. My famiily buys basicly everything exept for grocerys and cloths of amazon

lol Same here. Most things I buy (when tracking them) say that they just start in my city so I get guaranteed overnight shipping. I ordered my GPU at 11PM and got it the next day before 12PM for $4.
