I'm not 100% sure but I think those are just different codes for different regions of the world, for example my 65" CX is OLED65CX6LA. The TV itself should be the same.

From https://en.tab-tv.com/?page_id=7111. According to https://en.tab-tv.com/?p=21498 the letter A (or B) indicates the colour of the stand.

 

It seems the number is a new addition/replacement indicating the sales region. Allegedly from the comments here and here 3 is for Poland/Latvia, 6 for Italy, 8 for Germany, 9 for Austria. I don't know what it would practically mean if you buy either one. The one I can buy here in the Netherlands is 6LA, so I'm guessing "Italy" might just be a generic European code for everything else that doesn't have a number. @JR1911 being in Finland and having the same code makes that more believable to me as well.
