Warzone streaming frame deops

so I'm having an issue in warzone mostly when i try to stream it and happens off stream aswell but way less often. basically what happens is: seemingly at random my frames go from 90-110 to like 20-60 which is completely unplayable for me. i have no idea why it is doing this. only thing i can see is that it my pc uses 100% of my ram (15.9gb is what my Task manager tells me) and i dont understand 16 gigs should be plenty. even if i close pretty much everything its still close to 100% (besides the game obs and chatterino). my specs are: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PPbHf9 i think my specs should be adequate to stream warzone. when im streaming my frames are a bit lower like upper 70s ish but its playable atleast. when the frames drop to like 20-60 only thing that fixes it is a restart of the game . any thoughts on what might be the prob? would love to hear some things.

What encoder are you using for streaming?  you should use the 2080 super's encoder rather than the pcu encoder, sicne warzone is already cpu heavy and streamign from the cpu is not the bets idea.,

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Well i spoke to people streaming on lesser setups then this having better performance. Also I have streamed fine with this setup. Ur comment is kinda pointless....

I think I'm already encoding from GPU, i will take a look tho to make sure. Thanks tho
