ok so i was wondering whike playing arkham asylum dose riddler ever actually do something evil like joker or someone? or dose he just keep talking you up about solving his riddles

No the Riddler just likes to play games.

sort of spoiler but more of a lame sidequest:

 

He does a little in arkham origins, he is collecting information on high ranking gotham officials that are corrupt and plans to make them public which would tear gotham apart 

 

I think in arkham asylum he puts other innocent people into dangerous riddles and traps and watches them to test their intellect

 

im sure he did something in city, I cannot remember, capturing people or something
