Pc won't boot

My PC was working just fine a few days ago, then it won't boot with my gpu installed but will without it with integrated graphics. Is my gpu dead, or is it a motherboard problem, thoughts? The PSU makes 2 clicks whenever I try to start it with my gpu installed.

try to change the cable that connect the gpu with the psu, if nothing work then try to see if its a gpu problem, if you have a pc in your home then just take out ur current gpu and install it on the pc, if it doesnt work then buddy i have bad news
