Budget (including currency): 600 Euros (The prices will be lover because I do not have to pay tax over the company name)

Country: Serbia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming (1920x1080@144Hz), Programming, Video Editing, Screen Recording

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I currently have:
- GPU: XFX RX 580 4 GB

- HDD: 2 TB Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102

- HDD: 640 GB Western Digital WDC WD6400AARS-00Y5B1

- SSD: KINGSTON SA400S37240G 240 GB

- SSD: Apacer AS350 240 GB
- Monitor: AOC 24G2W1G4 (1920x1080@144Hz)
- PSU: LC600H-12 V2.31 600W

I want to buy:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
- RAM: Patriot DDR4 16GB 2x8GB 3600MHZ Viper RGB BLACK PVR416G360C8K CL18
- Motherboard: MSI B550M MORTAR
- PC Case: MS Industrial ARMOR V715 GAMING

My questions:
- Will all of this work together without any limitations/problems in full capacity (For example, 3600 MHz ram with Ryzen 5 3600)?

- Should I buy a new power supply (If so, which one you would recommend for this setup)?

- Should I buy a water cooler later or the fan cooler is enough (If so, which one is the best price/performance)?
- Is the case good enough for my HDDs/SSDs?

PS:
I know that I will need to enable XMP with RAM for it to work with 3600 MHz.

Thank you.

the case has bad airflow get https://www.amazon.com/Montech-X2-Black-Mesh-Pre-Installed/dp/B08NDFV3Y5/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=pc+case&qid=1629562791&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFDSkQ2RERES0xBMlgmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAwNzc0NjIyUDZJQ1VRRlVKVURXJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA3MTI5ODFRTTBGNzhTWlNKOFYmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl

and you can get 3700x for about same price as 3600 now idk why

Everyting exsept the ram can i almost guarantee will work together.
And remember ram frequency is not everyting also look at the latency
The powersupply is totaly fine

I recomend a good Towercooler compared to a cheap AIO cooler, any bequiet or noctua cooler will be more then enough
And the case @Dk SPYder sent is better for airflow but you cant fit all of youre drives

I do not have that case available here in Serbia, can you recommend me few of comparable cases.
Also, 3700x is 70 e more expensive than 3600 here.
Ordering anything over amazon here is more expensive than buying it at a store, because of the shipping fees.
Thanks.

Thank you.
I've choosen Kingston HX436C17PB3/16 HyperX XMP Predator, since it's on the ram compatability page.

The latency calculator says it's 9.444444 ns with CL-17 and 3600, and on 3200 CL-15 is 9.375.

Is that a good latency?

5600X is better in most cases than 3700X.
