DPC_Watchdog_Violation Error when plugging multiple Gpu's

Good Evening Everybody, I'm facing an issue from past couple of days. I own a strix 3070 and recently bought a 1060 6gb. Using 3070 in x16 4.0 port and 1060 in x16 3.0 port. But since i installed both graphics card together my rig is constantly crashing with a blue screen error DPC_Watchdog_Violation. But if i unplug either of the gpu it's working perfectly fine.  

 

Things i Tried : 

1) Plugged Both DP and HDMI Port in 3070 / One in 3070 and other in 1060 / Both in 1060.

2) Clean Reinstalling Nvidia Drivers couple of times. 

 

 

My PC Specs 

 

Mobo : Asus Steel Legend B550M

CPU : 5600x

Ram : 16gb 2400 ram ( 8*2 ) 

Psu : 850 Antec 80+ gold.

is there something you need two gpus for that the 3070 couldnt already do by itself
