I wonder if computer shaked is dangerous for the HDD or other movable components like optic driver, but is it fan also included as movable components ?,

And if the most we should concern are both above, whether we should also to be concerned on vga card which if the computer shakes , the vga can be bended ?

Thank you very much for caring ....

To an extent, yes, but what's the context? Planning on going for a roadtrip down an old railroad with your pc in the boot or just an accidental wobble?

And by "accidental wobble", you mean a slight fist bump?

As with anything that has moving parts, physically moving/shaking them while they are also moving, is bad.

It's bad for a spinning hard drives. It's bad for optical drives if there's a disc in there that's spinning and while it's less bad for a fan that's spinning, it could still damage the bearing overtime if you shake the fan.
If they are OFF, it's not as bad for the fan, but could still potentially damage an optical drive and a hard drive would certainly prefer being handled with care. They are fragile.

A graphic card can definitely "bend" out of the socket, ripping it off the motherboard if you shake the computer case hard enough. Like transporting it in the truck of a car while it's standing up and hitting a couple potholes. Put the case flat on its side if you're transporting it, so the motherboard is horizontal in and the graphics card is vertical.

A heavy CPU cooler can also rip off the motherboard and bang around inside the case in such a scenario.
