Does anyone know how to flash the asrock x370 bios onto the asus x370 pro,I want to use my ryzen 5 5600x and the asrock x370 motherboard unofficially supports it while the asus one dosnet

you..... cannot expect two completely different boards to use the same firmware. Firmware isn't universal software.
