Dram light still on

Bought a replacement ram for my B550m mortar wifi mobo, got it to boot to bios however the dram light is still on. I enabled xmp and it didnt boot. Had to reset my cmos and rebooted again, can confirm both rams were read by the mobo (shows 2 of 4 slots and 16gb)

 

How do I fix the dram light on? Currently it is running on 2400mhz however I bought it for the 3200mhz? I also saw it listed in the qvl (HX432C16FB3K2/16) but the dram light is still on?? Also havent uldated bios, running at 08/31/2020
