Dvi dual link to DP to Hdmi 144hz?

Hello

I I just bought a new gaming laptop to replace my desktop and paid 300$ premium to get the one with Hdmi 2.1, but my monitor does not support 144hz with HDMI and only on DVI. I have seen that it works to use DVI to Displayport aadapter to get 144hz and that it is possible to get Displayport to HDMI 144hz. But my question is if it is possible to connect DVI to displayport and then connect to HDMI to get 144hz
