1TB SSD for File Storage

Hey folks,

 

I'm after suggestions and input on which 1TB SSD drive would be best suited for file storage?

I'm happy to go either M.2 or SATA, with my main preference being most suitable drive for file storage.

This drive will also be used as my OneDrive location as well (Thanks 1TB cloud storage) for redundancy.

 

While it would be nice to go all M.2 in my system and eliminate all SATA drives, I'm not worried if a SATA SSD is the better option.

I just need some help identifying the best suited drive for this use case.

For file storage... SATA will do just fine. I would focus more on price and like you said, form factor if you want to stick to M.2 drives instead of a 2.5" SATA one.

SATA would be good enough, just pick from a good source.
