Hi, im building my first rig, im not buying of the site linked since im in mexico, but those are the exact same components. I would really appreciate some guidance on if this build is compatible and workable for say the next 3 years. I already have a monitor and peripherals. My main concern is wattage for the 3060 and cpu and clearance for the noctua. Thanks in advanced, happy to join pcmr

Since you're not getting RGB ram, you won't really have to worry about the RAM's height interfering with the cooler. Recommend going a different route on some of the components though. The new motherboard will have the usb-c header necessary for the front panel usb-c port.
