should i be worried

Go to solution Solved by TheNinjaNextDor,

The chances of it leaking are very very slim. The only reason you hear these stories is because they are rare and horrible, these coolers wouldn't sell if this happened a lot.

If it does leak Corsair will replace everything that was ruined, as long as you scream and cry about it.

Hello,

I am building a custom gaming rig this summer. to cool my 4670k id like to get a closed loop AIO watercooler. only problem is am a worry wort and i hear all these stories of leaks and issues and it scares me. I'm 14 and I'm gonna work my ass off this summer to buy this system and i don't want a leak to ruin everything. I am planning on overclocking and i think the air coolers are just plane ugly so it seems water is my only choice... should i be worried

Thanks,

Jake

AIOs dont seem to be the ones that leak that often , you might be thinking of custom loops. that is where the real danger of a leak is, but with an AIO I wouldn't worry

I understand where you are coming from it is a legitimate worry, but being they are prefilled and warranties will cover, it is totally fine. Also the chance of one leaking is very slim.

If you take care of the AIO, it'll last  If you take care of anything, it'll most likely last longer than you expect ^_^
