$2000 USD, if possible id like to use the nzxt h440 case

2. Aim

Web browsing, music listening, gaming(cod,ac,bf,minecraft,runescape,etc...) I would like this to be a somewhat quiet pc

3. Monitors

2. 1 for gaming and the other for misc stuff

4. Peripherals

I'll need a nice mouse and keyboard(with lighting if possible,red) I already have the monitor I want.

I'll also need windows, I plan on dual booting Linux tho

5. Why are you upgrading?

My laptop is old, slow, and because I want to.

its a faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better cooler and theres no reason not to get it when you have a case that supports it
