That's a downgrade actually, the GTX660 is more powerful than the GTX750 Ti which is a decent card for gaming. The only thing going for the GTX750 Ti when compared to the GTX660 is that it is much more power efficient and runs cooler.

The 660 will always be faster, getting any version of a 750 Ti would be a very noticeable downgrade.
