Windows 10 stuck on loading, even usb. Any linux boots fine

exico

Hello, first post there, i hope its the right place.

Some data: Notebook HP Envy x360 13-ag0006nl with a ryzen 2500u

I just left this laptop off for a bit and the battery was completely drained. When i powered it on i received a message regarding a bad cmos crc from the bios and default option will be loaded. Ok. I enter the bios and loaded default options, save and exit.

Now Windows from the integrated nvme wont boot. I tried disabling the tpm, disabling secure boot, going into rescue with F11. Nothing.

Then i tried to use a Windows usb installer (win10 21h1), same thing, starts loading and then is stuck on the animation and doesnt move.

I tried a ubuntu mate 20.04 live usb and loads fine to the desktop. ????

I tried a WinPE rescue image, stuck on boot.

At this point i was annoyed. I opened the laptop, got the nvme and plug it in a dell latitude, boom, works first time. more question marks ?????

I even tried removing the UEFI entries with the ubuntu live but no results. I reflashed the bios to the latest version, nothing.

Since i opened it already i tried to boot to the WinPE without the nvme installed. Stuck on boot again.

I dont know what to do at this point

Any suggestion?
