Stuck at Press <Del> screen before Windows

When I tried to wake up my PC, the monitors were not responding at all. 

I pressed the reset button and it started booting up again but got stuck at this screen. 

 

I pressed reset again and still stuck at this. 

I also did the long press for the power button and its gets stuck still. 

 

I went into bios as it starting up and wnet back to boot and stuck there as well. 

When I force it to boot on my boot disc, it show preparing automatic repair but when I came back its back to that screen.

Sounds like windows is failing to boot at all.  Lot of reasons that could be

Disconnect 2 moniters to the main one and boot up see if it's a graphic card problem I'll continue after that.
