weird situation in the boot

hello , all of this major problems or disturbances started  when i upgraded to linux mint 20 . after a set of updates , i see a weird window with scripts running in it each and every time i log out and quit also after the grub menu vise-versa . i don't know how to solve it , new to mint , someone pls help me !!!!
