Issue with pc not booting.

Hello I just finished my pc, and it will not post. The lights and fans turn on (not at full speed) and my screen detects it (I can tell this as it does not go into standby which it does when no signal is detected)

my parts are:

Ryzen 5 5600x 

Gigabyte B550 H

MSI Mech x2 OC 6600xt (only one the 2x is part of the name)

Patriot Viper 3600 Cl 17 2x8Gb

Corsair RX750

Crucial P1 1TB

Master Liquid 240L 240mm AIO

I have cleared the CMOS, checked the cables inside and out, reseated everything and tried one ram stick at a time.

any suggestions are welcome.

have you tryed only booting with 1 gpu and is the hdmi in the top gpu

thats what i would try 

then i would see what happens and then go deeper

Hi the 2x bit is the name of the graphics card i only have one sorry if that was confusing, but the HDMI is in the card

do you have a troubleshooting light on your motherboard? and did you update the bios?

No light and I have updated my bios to the latest version.

the ram is duel channel and your sure all the wires are in even the front panel and you can tru putting the gpu in the 2ed slot and the back of your monitor is pugged in

the ram is duel channel I've tried every configuration of the memory. i've checked all the wires even the case rgb and the motherboard I an using only has one 16x slot

is the cpu fan in the right fan header

right aio.... weird  

any used parts?

yep i havea splitter into my aio fans connected to it

do you by chance have any back up gpus just to test because it sound like a display/gpu issue  and if not it could be your motherboard

they're all new parts

other than a full carful rebuild and a chance of it working i would reseat the cpu when you can and to be i mean i cant think of any other reason of it not working right now inless something shorted i mean those lights are so helpful you dont know tell you have them like take out the wires and re wire ... huh right sometime it works like the 24 pin the 8 pin go to town i got my pc to work one time by rewiring it but this this is unique

no problem good luck that pc dont slack on the wires also it will be more work in the future and you will love it that much more when its done and hopefully if fix's it

did a complete rebuild no luck,

Do you not have another GPU you could try?
