Ryzen 4650G Cooling

So I keep hearing different opinions online about whether to get a third party cooler for the Ryzen 4650G or not. I don't plan on overclocking but I also value long-term longevity. I do have a warm house but I also have a well ventilated case. What should I do?

Try it with the stock cooler and if it's too loud get a aftermarket cooler? Doesn't have to be an expensive one a hyper 212 or similar is plenty good.

I'm not worried about noise. I'm just thinking about thermal performance. I'm trying to avoid the process of removing the stock cooler later which is a bit of a pain when you consider the process for applying a new one when the motherboard's in the case.
