HELP! Rapid Thermal Degredation of Arctic Mx-4 on Legion 7i Gaming Laptop.

I have repasted my laptop CPU & GPU with Arctic Mx-4 twice now and it degrades  from ~86 C under heavy load to 94 C with constant throttling in around 2 weeks each time.

 

I have been looking for a new paste and so far I think Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut is the best choice. What do you think of my choice and my problem with Mx-4?

Also I don't want to liquid metal it because I'm scared of bricking it.

are you clocks dropping because of the temps?

if not dont worry about it.
