RMA questions

Go to solution Solved by Frugivore8894,

Yay I don’t have to email it!!!!!

So I think I have to RMA my motherboard its not final but I think I need it fixed or replaced and its just outside of the return window. Its an MSI b550 Pro and I have read that MSI RMAs can take weeks. I was wondering if A anyone has a better/faster way of getting this done or B there is a way that I can still use my pc in the mean time (Somehow use a different mobo without just buying a new one because you know they cost money). And one last thing, my problem is the two USB 9 pin headers seem so be factory dead because there is no sign of a short on my part.

If you live in Europe you can try RMA'ing with the seller, they often don't look at it and just replace it. If it has to be repaired you can ask if they can send a temporary motherboard, I did the same with my GPU once.

Yah I live in the US so that’s not going to work. I will ask about the temporary board if it comes to that.
