Computer Not Booting

I am having trouble trying to boot up the pc i just built and it doesn't seem to be working i tried updating the bios but i don't think i did This Is the Specs of It

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor

Thermal Compound: Corsair TM30 3 g Thermal Paste

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Storage: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive

Storage: WB 3tb Hard Drive

Case: Cooler Master MasterBox MB511 ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA 500 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit

 

EDIT: I'm Not Using A GPU Card Just Integrated Graphics

try to take out your ram and put them out also make sure your power supply switch is on, trouble shooting this is going to be endless

 

edit: i dont think you need to update bios.

Do lights go on, fans spin, diagnostic leds on motherboard ?
