Recently updated too 2301 Bios from 2103.

10700k at 5Ghz all core at 1.3v.

Temps were idling around 30c idle.

Now idling at 50c on desktop.

All Overclock settings are the exact same as before. Is this really a thing?

Is there anything I can do, other than lowering the overclock?

Addtional Info:

Cooled by 240 Corsair AIO. (H100i I think)

Hero XII mobo

Corsair lpx 3600mhz Ram.

What GPU do you have? There has been an issue with Recent Nvidia drivers with a process called NVRALA or something along those lines causing high CPU usage at idle causing temps to spike. If you have this process with an Nvidia card, kill the process and then go and uninstall the Nvidia Framework SDK and it will remove that from happening.

@Skiiwee29

I have the Aorus Master 3070.

I've just killed the process and the temps went down 10c, literally instantly....How the hell is that right?

It's still slightly higher than it was, but much more acceptable now!

Thank you so much!
