built a new rig need help

Hey guys,

 

Built a new rig, few issues my BIOS is showing my memory at 2400mhz but i have 3200mhz.

getting pretty shit frams in most games. i've enabled PBO and XMP as well as made sure freq is 3200mhz as well as the voltage

for example for Warzone on my old one i was getting a constant 90fps on my old rig 6600k OC to 4.6ghz with the same GPU and now im getting 50-60fps with my new one?

downloaded all the drivers (unsure if i've got the latest BIOS) if that's the case would that help getting it?

5600x (HWmonitor showing 4730 when under load)

Gigabyte b550 Aorus Elite pro v2

Xfx Rx 590 fatboy OC 8gb

HyperX Fury 3200mhz 16Cas

freezer II liquid cooler
