My father's PC has been randomly turning off for a few months now, and we have tested that its probably the GPU, since we changed all the system to spare ones we had here besides the GPU and SSD (and the SSD is extremly new, while the rest of the system is kinda old). At first I thought it was overheating, and because of that I suggested that we changed the thermal paste on the GPU, but we are not very confident that we can do that without breaking it lol, and also the PC seems to only freeze when its cold, if it stays on for more than 5 minutes, it never turns off, at a point that my father is just leaving it on all day long, cause if he turns it off, its not gonna turn back on again.
sometimes when it doesn't turn on, the light on the power button starts blinking red, wich acording to dell (the PC is a dell) indicates "either a bad power supply or a bad motherboard" and we've changed booth of these to the spare ones I mentioned and it still keeps the same problem.

edit: as the guy suggested, I installed a program to see the temperature of the GPU, and it was at 30ishg degrees, so super chill, so I think we can cross that option off

specs:
ryzen 5 1400
16gb DDR4 2400MHZ
400W PSU
RX 570

256gb SSD
1tb HDD

the spare specs I mentioned are the exact same, me and I my dad had identical PCs, but I upgraded everything but the GPU, so the spare parts are identical. I'm also scared of plugging in my GPU on his PC to test it cause I think it might brick my GPU, and I'm still using it.

If you think it is the temperature, download HWiNFO, and you can check all of the temperatures.
