Black screen after installing AIO

So, today i bought arctic Freezer 240mm rgb aio, i swapped it for my regular i3 10100f (I5 10600kf pending) stock cooler and after everything was installed i turned on my pc and i got a Black screen. 

I know that it did boot on to Windows because razer synapse turned my custom keyboard and mouse lighting profile on. Still only Black screen shows up. 

 

What ive tried so far - 

Put my stock cooler back

Reseating ram, cpu, gpu, battery, all 24 pin, 8 pin. Tried 1 stick ram only aswell. 

Tried monitor cable swap too

 

Any help?

looks like you thought of pretty much everything, but did u plug the monitor cable into the gpu? what gpu do you have?

Step 1. Clear cmos.

Step 2. Check cooler mounting. Can't be too tight.

Step 3 depends on what happens after steps 1 and 2.

It actually started to work by itself. Woke up next Day and it booted properly. Idk what was wrong.
