I just want an 8 core cpu,and the pc should be airflowing because the place i live in is too hot.
And I cant increase my budget more than this.

There isn't that much of a difference between a 75hz and 60hz monitor (to my eye) so you'd might want to downgrade it just to a 60hz.
With the money saved by changing monitors, i suggest a 600-650w PSU.

There is always 2nd hand GPU's on places like FBMP where you may get a better deal.
