$1000-1200 Build for a friend

My friend wants to get a desktop and his budget is $1200 usd max, He need a keyboard,  mouse and a headset! he will do a lot of gaming with it and he'll have multiple monitors setup. If you could reccommend a build it would be great thanks!

He has 3 Monitors that take hdmi and 1920*1080

So he needs monitors too? If so he might have to spend more then the said budget . Apparently good monitors can cost almost 1000$ alone. I'll say more when I'm back from church.

you can get a smart AOC monitor for $200 roughly so how many is he gonna run 2-3 or what we need more info the info you gave us isn't very good

Mmmmk. I'll see what I can come up with. However, it will probably be like the already suggested builds. I however prefer to leave 100$ out of the budget for a chassis.
