You're the one that installed the programs and put the video files, can you you tell us how much of each is on there vs what Windows takes up?

 

I mean if you have a 4TB drive, you're screwed. If it's 60GB, well then it's normal.

It can be. You have to understand Windows will use C Drive to basically store all the Windows updates as well as page file and hibernation file. If you are running Windows 10, check the disk usage by going to Setting -> System -> Storage. There you can check what is taking your space. You can clear the Temporary file from there:

It look like my apps are taking up the most space but the only things in here that arent pre downloaded apps are origin, streamlabs, and three other game launchers. Also my AMD software is taking up basically all of the space in my others folder. and the videos tab is very big but when i click on it to manage the videos, there arent a lot at all.

Go in settings, apps and features. Then sort by size and filter for C drive. It will tell you what apps are using all of your space. Delete or move as you see fit.
