Budget (including currency): 1500 to 1000 usd

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: warzone or something like it

Other details so I having trouble planning out a parts list and I had an original idea ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fgm8Dc ) but people said that it wasn't good. with the whole gpu shortage thing my plan was to use a trash gpu that I have to see if it boots and then buy a gpu once I can find one. People then said to go with a 10400 with the integrated graphics ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YqgL3Z ). I kind of confused right now so If someone can tell me which parts list is better, and what could be changed in it, that would help a lot. Thanks.

Here, try this

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Htf8Dc

I haven't put in a gpu for your list but try to get one as close to MSRP as possible

EDIT: the first link is better and the ram you chose is a ripoff, there are better RAM sticks out there. Mine may not be the best but is better than the one you chose

Second edit: a 5600g also has integrated graphics so try that, plus the motherboard I chose has display outputs so it should be fine.
