cant have access to advanced options on bios/uefi firmware

Technically when i open my bios theres no overclocking options even in advanced mode and no xmp option or whatever like this can someone help me

What motherboard do you have?

 

I would guess it's not a Z370 nor Z390 board, and therefore you are limited to 2666 Mhz max for the RAM, and your RAM is already running at that speed.

 

Go to the advanced tab.

ye i did go to the advanced board theres no settings for hardware tweaking or stuff like this

its a b360m im in fact limited to 2666
