Hey! I would like a little help with a future build.

Budget (including currency): 1100 Canadian

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Video editing, Music production, Minecraft and from time to time some miscellaneous games like overwatch and apex

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I would like to get the best sleeper pc for my budget, i have an old dell computer with an i5 and 8g of memory but other than that its all pretty bad. The whole build doesn't have to be a sleeper pc because all it is really is that i dont want it to be flashy and rgb isn't my favorite, but if its a sick case or something I might have to give in although sleeper is preferred meaning not very flashy, blends in (sort of and not necessary) and i would realllyyy like a quiet pc.
Thanks in advance -Cap

Little tough to fit a really good system for that budget with the GPU market as is. Here's what I recommend that fits your budget. Normally, I would go for 8-cores for some future proofing, but that would put it over. I also think that 8 core should help with video editing and music production, something to keep in mind. You can change to case out that's more sleeper. Find it pretty hard to find a decent case without and side panel window now XD.

Yea I know, just couldn't fit a better cooler in the budget. He could always go with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 for a more quiet option

looks pretty good, my only questions are, at the bottom it says "The motherboard M.2 slot #1 requires an Intel Rocket Lake-based CPU. When an Intel Rocket Lake-based CPU is not used, the M.2 slot is disabled." and the m.2 drive is needed for the ssd although I'm not exactly sure what a Rocket Lake-based CPU is, and second is I don't see any fans included and the other guy said that the stock fans are loud so hwats with that? (edit i will look now with that cooler master option 🙂 )

The CPU comes with a stock cooler, but it is pretty loud to my knowledge. If you're willing to spend at extra ~$50, you can get an aftermarket cooler.

Oh right this motherboard only has 1 m.2 slot, didn't notice that earlier. Typically you can just use the 2nd m.2 slot, for the B560 series, but if you want to be safe you can always go with the B460 instead. Rocket-lake is 11th gen Intel. Here's an updated build that's should work and with a cooler:
