You absolutely should have an SSD at this price point.  Instead of paying extra to run 2 HDDs in RAID (I think that's what you are doing) I would get a 120 gig SSD for boot and key programs and a 2 TB bulk storage drive for the rest.

I would suggest using PCpartpicker's permalink feature: http://pcpartpicker.com/ to make your list, so it is easier for us to see how much you are paying for each part.  For example, I would recommend avoiding the first gen FX chips because they seriously under-performed compared to AMD's current line-up.  However, I don't know how much you are saving by going with the 8120 vs an 8320, because I don't know where you plan on purchasing.

Also, please note that even though the wattage may be higher on the $800 PSU, the quality of the 600 may be much better.

I don't want to tear apart your build even more, but I would also suggest getting a better case, as Apevia doesn't cross my mind as being a quality brand, at least when it is holding an octa-core CPU and a 7950.

Now, I don't know if you are in the US or not, but I will assume you are.  Here is what I would do if I had a $1200 budget, and wanted to stick with the same platforms as you:

That will run you under 1000 bucks and leave you room for overcloking, as well as a mechanical keyboard if you don't have one, as well as other goodies you may want.

Okay after going through and looking at the PCpartpicker selection the whole thing comes out to about the same cost and less features for what i would have gotten at Cyberpowerpc.com Heres the list -http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VnTw

Also note that i chose a cheaper graphics card in order to try and get the same price point with all the goodies and still couldnt

Your ram would probably work but it's a triple channel kit, so for optimal performance, get dual channel kit and change the power supply to much more reliable one like ones from Seasonic or Enermax.
