Should be fine as long as the header/controller can provide enough watts for the fans you are trying to use.

 

What is the "header" you are trying to use?

If you're talking about the mobo fan headers, yes. I'd suggest a fan controller if you want to connect 4 fans to 1 source.

If you plug in 4 fans into a 4 to 1 header, I doubt you'd be able to power them all.
