Looking for a new monitor

Decimus Aemilianus

Hello everyone, I am planning on getting a monitor for my laptop which will be used for my the desktop that I'm planing to build at the end of the year. I was thinking of buying this one:

Right now I want it just for productivity but after I build my gaming desktop, I want to be able to do some pretty heavy gaming on it. I'd been searching around for reviews but I can't seem to find very many, so I would like to get you opinions on it. I am open to suggestions but I don't want to pay over $300 (AUD) and I don't want to get any of the cheap Korean panels. I live in Australia so if you could use sites like pccasegear, Scorptec, CPL, etc., that would be great because I don't care where I get it from.

Thanks in advance.

that's a good monitor but it seems a bit overpriced

I've haven't heard much about AOC but it looks like a solid monitor, based on the reviews.
